Maybe you want to wear a long hair style for the prom this year

You can go from short to long in just a few hours with hair extensions.

In Hair Extensions Exposed LITE, you will compare all the different methods and read about preparing for your hair extension consultation.

Don't wait too long to get your hair extensions.  You should have them already several weeks if not a month before the prom to avoid any last minute surprises.

 Short Prom Hair Styles

Short hair can definitely be your style at the prom this year.

Check out the very simple short hair style shown below.  The style features angles framing the face, long side-swept bangs and several longer layers to help make the style lay right.Catherine Bell

To get this style, apply a straightening cream to the hair and blow dry using a large round brush.  Direct all layers down and under while pointing the nozzle of the hair dryer down.

For the extra smooth look, run a a flat iron over all the hair from the roots to the ends and finish off with a blast of shine serum.  Do nothing else and you will look absolutely stunning, especially if you have a jeweled dress on!

Ashley Judd short hair style for prom

Ashley Judd is sporting another short hair style, see photo left, that will look awesome for prom.  The hair is cut in a slight wedge shape, with the front strands being slightly longer than the back.  Ends are blunt cut and hair is kept straight, smooth and extra shiny.

Create the extra shiny finish by applying shine serum to the hair.  Be careful not to add too much shine serum as this will cause the hair to appear greasy.  Just enough to lightly cover the hair.

Some stylists recommend pouring the shine serum into the palm of your hand,  an amount the size of quarter, and then rubbing your hands together.  Next apply the serum to your hair.  Be sure to get the layers underneath too.
